Epic Workout #6 7/30

Myxomatosis

This is an old Dave Scott workout, I think. This is the key workout for my ironman preparation. It's actually quite simple:

3 x
2 hour bike
1 hour run

 

 

 

Latest News

The Myxomatosis started with 6 people, three of whom were preparing for Short Course Nationals, and three for an Ironman. The former three spun off at various locations, while the latter three completed this 9-hour workout in just 12 hours! (We didn't plan for flat tires and refueling time.) It was a beautiful sunny day and proved to be an 'epic' workout!
